Jalen was my Service Technician that was sent out to diagnosis why my HVAC system was no longer heating properly. He performed the tests and diagnosed the problem immediately. Without further ado, he proceeded to check the rest of the system and the air handler for further problems. Everything else checked out fine. He replaced the failed defrost circuit board and my heat was hot again. Jalen is an outstanding, very efficient, very detailed, knowledgeable, courtesy, respectful, and customer service friendly technician! I highly recommend ACS for all your HVAC needs and ask for Jalen! He’s the best!! Thank you!!

Perfectly named company. They are indeed specialists, from estimate to installation to follow-up. Friendly, professional, fairly priced, and with hyper attention to detail. I have used ACS for many years for servicing. Recently, during the coldest days of December, my heat went out. Reps came out repeatedly to relight the pilot light - never once pressuring me to get the system replaced (it is an older system and I knew it was time, but they were always accommodating and helpful!). I obviously had to replace my heating/air conditioning so naturally I turned to them. They were, as expected, incredibly helpful and gave me several options for a new system - no pressure to get the most expensive option! The installation was quick, technician pleasant and efficient. I have always found the staff to be polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend ACS to anyone!!

Miles Sills quoted me a cost proposal for a new high quality Carrier HVAC system much, much less than his competitors for the same identical equipment. He also provided detailed information of the different types of HVAC units for our air conditioner needs. The two ACS technicians were very courteous and professional. They took the time to explain and show me the new installation equipment after the HVAC package unit was installed. They also spent ample time to provide proper maintenance and operation instructions. I am very pleased with ACS and recommend them for HVAC services.

Stop scrolling, stop searching for someone to do your HVAC. ACS are the people you want to do business with. I had cooling issues with my AC and their technician Lucas came out and fixed the problems. Lucas went above and beyond, not only did he fix my AC, he took care of a wasp nest on my porch. Georgian summers are hot and brutal, but ACS makes it cool. If you have AC issues, call ACS.

I would recommend this company 10/10. They answer the phone and if they can’t make it to answer the phone if you leave a voicemail they call right back. I called this morning and they sent a technician out later this afternoon which was great. When the technician was on the way he called and let me know his ETA. He was on time and when he arrived he did what needed to be done. Cleaned up after himself. And locked the crawl space back as it was before he arrived. Very quick and prompt. Will definetely call them anytime I need HVAC work done.

Great company. Called on a Saturday afternoon and they were out within 90 minutes. The technician was great. He knew exactly what he was doing and quickly got to work diagnosing the issue. He quickly found the issue, but unfortunately could not fix the issue due to not having the part on hand but assured me it would be fixed by Tuesday morning, which was the earliest they could get the part. Sure enough, they came out and fixed the problem as promised. This great service encouraged me to buy their maintenance contract. I will definitely use this business in the future.
